  • 1840: Contains all Wisconsin counties existing at that time, including Crawford County, which contains the present area of Buffalo County
  • 1850: (2 rolls) First roll contains 12 pages of Calumet County followed by Chippewa County, which contained the present area of Buffalo County lying north and west of the Buffalo River. Second roll contains Dane & Crawford counties. Crawford contains the aria of Buffalo lying south & east of the Buffalo River
  • 1860: Contains 10 pages of Brown County, all of Buffalo County,and part of Calumet County
  • 1870: Contains Buffalo, Burnett, and Calumet Counties
