Shipping & Returns

The Buffalo County Historical Society will try to fill orders within two business days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately, due to other programs and minimum staffing, we can not guarantee this for every order. If an order is mailed to us with a check, we reserve the right to hold the order for up to 10 business days in order to be sure the check clears.

If an order needs to be returned, please contact our office at 608-685-6290 or mail the product(s) back to BCHS, 407 South Second Street, Alma, WI 54610.
